Hy everyone i am here to highlight some basic and real facts for such huge increas in Sugar price.

Government ineligibility, delayed facts result and Wrong decision, results in wastage of billions of Pakistan's rupees.

Now move to Govt. Sugar Scandal inquary report.
PM Khan himself established committe
to investigate the situation.
According to report in speak of ministry of exchange sugar advisery board held in 11 september 2018.

Iglaas agenda was to check sugar quantity in country and to see how much sugar is for export.

Secratory food explaind that due to lackness of water , In comming years less production of Sugarcane expected.

After conseling and considiration they reached to point that at the end of season more than 10 lakh Sugar will be availible to export.

• Sugar advisery board also suggested that one monitering committee should be established headed by the joint secretary his work to look up sugar supply and demand at month level .

• Then in 28 September 2018 Ministry of exchange gave their observation to ECC.

• And in 2 October 2018 ECE allowed to export 10 lakh sugar.

• They also put some condition that sugar mill owner will not get any subsidy from the Federal government or provincial board .
• And also that committe will call meeting after every 15 days if sugar price rise during export then instantly committe should said to ECC to stop export .

• But what happened sugar price increased regularly from 60 to 70 then 89 rupees per kg.Apart from this during this period Export remains on and not stopped by ECC.

• Results showed that deviation from the ECC report , subsidies had given to the sugar mill owner ,even Punjab Government gave 2.5 billion subsidy.

• Game not stoped here.

• Furthermore according to the resources some representatives of Sugar Mill Association and Kisan itt-e-had met the general secretary of the ministry of exchange in 29 November 2018.

• They demanded that subsidy should be given and also demanded 1 lakh tonn more sugar should allowed to export.

• And further report said that in 4th December 2018 in ECC meeting allowed to export more sugar and also subsidies decision left on provinces base.

• That was major Blunders made by Government of Pakistan that lead to shortage of sugar in state and lead to current price hike in sugar.
